It’s given some really great tools, resources, questions and just a general process to mentally use which I did not think existed.

I have had my friends talk to me about suicide twice but I did not know how to take it. Honestly, this is an eye opener. I am now confident that I will help using the steps I learnt today.

This series has been moving and eye opening. A really difficult topic but covered really well by getting into the nitty gritty and completely humanising the topic, which is so often, sadly reduced to statistics.

Jamie was a very clear and well paced speaker and provided some great practical advice on having conversations with people who are feeling suicidal. Thank you very much!
