Although I have experience of supporting people in crisis, this was a useful update and refresher

Great training programme, provided great guidance in how i can approach the situation. Feel so much more confident now if i was to take a call on suicide.

The training was delivered in a supportive, professional way. The sensitivity and clarity of the trainer made the session both informative and reassuring

This was a training that I never knew I needed but I have learnt so much about how to deal with these scenarios now moving forward.

No comments, other than I thought the tutor was great, the course was well ran, and I feel I have come away with useful knowledge.
