Course not ideal for those who have been working frontline on an ambulance and dealing with these situations for years. Can see how it would be suited to those with no prior experience

Response : Hi Sam, thanks for your feedback, i acknowledge the feedback regarding efficacy for front line clinical staff and would point you in the direction of the additional Eonclick training on Siren, but for clinical staff there are MH clinicians in Control 1300-0100 7 days a week if you ever need support, advice or have questions please dont hesitate in contacting us. thank for attending today.
