Lots to think about squeezed into 3 hours

Great training and I wish it was mandatory for everyone as a basic life skill!

Really valuable course, such a difficult subject but just the re-enforcement that asking someone if they are having thoughts of suicide will not make them them think about suicide is so vital. Having clear steps of what to ask and how to ask and then what to do based on the response makes me more confident in my ability to have that conversation should I see the signs.

Jo was very engaging and explained everything so clearly. She was considerate and listened to everyone would definitely recommend this course to anyone else.

Feel confident and really appreciate the training, I found it super helpful and will take this onto anything that may happen.
