This training is a very difficult subject, I thought it was delivered and managed really well, with lots of checking in to ensure that the group was ok. There was enough time to ask questions and the role play was enough to practice some of the techniques that we discussed.

I liked that we had 2 breaks and lunch as suicide had effected most people one way or another in their lives whom attended the course. It gave everyone some time out.
