A good course overall for a very emotive subject. A lot of information to take in but has made me think and understand what people are going through in a suicidal crisis.
A great delivery, however the content seemed fairly light if your a serving police officer as we are often already confident in how to talk to people and where to refer them too etc and what signs and triggers to look for. however for staff and civilians this course would be incredibly useful.
I enjoyed the course learning about other trainees experiences and improving my knowledge
It was an educating section. I now have a better understanding of what suicide is all about.

Steph was a brilliant tutor, felt her stories and experiences really helped to put the training into practice.
Hit some raw nerves but reassured me that I’m doing ok, the actions taken previously have been right. Given me some good tools to move forward and be more confident should the situation arise again
