I was not looking forward to this training as I have had personal experience of suicide in my immediate family and I am still quite traumatised. However, I went away actually feeling ok and more equipped to help people and actually a little bit restored.

This course has given me the confidence to respond in a situation of crisis, to recognise the warning signs and the knowledge to act as a Suicide 1st Aider

Really enjoyed course - My sound was a little intermittent and delayed which meant I wasn't very vocal however still really enjoyed listening to the trainer and other attendees

This course was well structured, a good group size and I really liked the instructor who came across very kind and delivered this course well.

Alison has such a passion for human life and this comes out in how she talks all the way through the training. Every single one of us is so precious and every life matters!

Really good course. Was informative and well paced. I feel that I learnt a lot during the course and will take on board the skills learnt

Absolutely brilliant and so important. It should be compulsory training for everyone to help prevent suicide.
