Lois and Anouska are brilliant, Lois is obviously a highly skilled facilitator and the training was excellent. It’s a tricky subject and was made to feel very comfortable and safe in the space. Feel much more equipped and confident now.

Will defintely recommend to friends and colleagues so we can all be prepared and not afraid to have these open and honest conversations with individuals who are experiencing crisis / suicidal thoughts. Great delegates too. Really interactive I do feel tired so may finish my day early today!
Very pleased with the “lived experience” aspect of the course, this made it very relatable.
The course was very informative and I found the group activities helpful. The course materials were useful and I will certainly refer back to them in the future.
