I think the course could have been condensed to half a day. Possibly the timing of the course could have been better - ie autumn/ winter when the work load drops a bit

Some really good tips on how to improve and the tests made you realise you do make mistakes! Liked that the course was 2 half days. For me, the course could have been shorter but then I work quickly.

Trainer and set-up very good but the tests were a little basic - Would like to have more real world examples/consequences of errors, to amplify the importance of getting it right.

Greg is an excellent trainer, especially as he tailored the course to the data that we use
