I think the Workshop was helpful and has unlocked further knowledge to the skills I was mostly using. To have a useful guide to refer back to with tips will help the retention of the knowledge for the future.

I enjoyed the course overall, I learnt some useful techniques and it made me think about the way I work that I wouldn't have done if I hadn't done the course.

The techniques were not really new to me as they were things I already do when working with data but it was interesting to do the activities and practise them. The ergonomic exercises were good and the advice to take a break every 20 minutes was great, but sometimes the training was almost an hour and a half without a break, so it was difficult to maintain concentration; verifying the need to take regular breaks. Rather than breaks of 10 mins every hour I think 5 mins after every 20-30 minutes would have been better and a reminder of what we are being taught as well. I liked Greg, he was very helpful and always answered questions, explaining things well.

Too much screen time - I found (my fault I didn't increase size) looking at the screen doing the tests hard on my eyes, which added to errors.. Lesson learnt!

Fantastic course! I am already utilizing what I have learned. The ABC's have been especially useful to keep me on task when I am composing an email. Thank you!

Materials are quite basic for the level of experience of many participants; however, a review and reminder of these basics is valuable.

The overall course was extremely insightful, I have come away understanding why mistakes are made and how to prevent these mistakes. It will be something that I use not only in my working role but every day life situations. Alice is a brilliant trainer, I liked how she got everyone involved in the tasks, so you could gain different perspectives. Would highly recommend this course for someone who struggles with concentrating/distractions and their role involving processing a lot of data.

Great workshop, lots to take away and apply to my role. The adjustments required are relatively small but will make a difference to the way I do things and reduce my errors (because there are always errors to be found!).
