Really good refresher today, I feel much more confident in the RPI’s and breakaways then I did before. Especially when we don’t often do them at our provision. I felt I learnt more during this refresher.

Good refresher on the skills. Feel like we use deescalation techniques all the time but safe holds not so much. Liam very enthusiastic about this training and willing to go over different situations we've been in before to find the best way to protect ourselves and the patient
