Excellent trainer approachable able to support our practical questions

Excellant and useful training. Liam was very friendly and taught the session in an engageing way.

Good refresher on the skills. Feel like we use deescalation techniques all the time but safe holds not so much. Liam very enthusiastic about this training and willing to go over different situations we've been in before to find the best way to protect ourselves and the patient
