Jamie is very patient, explains the moves clearly, helps throughout. Training didn't feel to information overload and focused on what felt relatable and important

It was good to have a refresher and a reminder of the holds and how to do these correctly. The course was delivered in a way that was easy to understand and included participation which made it more enjoyable.
