The training was very good and Jack explained everything to staff efficiently . Would defiantly say this is one of the best training courses I’ve had and Jack made the staff feel very relaxed , enjoyable and explained things 100 per cent

It was nice knowing more about cognitive biases which includes fundamental effect We talked about DRABC: Danger, Response , Airway, Breathing and circulation. Definition of behavior. Behavior is an end product of such intensity, frequency or duration that the physical safety of a person or others is likely to be placed in serious jeopardy or behavior which is likely to limit or delay access to ordinary community facilitates.
