Great training, very informative and guided through the Physical intervention when needed correcting. I think the ending of the course was really good in understanding others body language and personal space and what that can give you when around Younge people. Excellent refresher, although would have liked a brief piece of paperwork to go alongside key points, or at least maybe a list of references for the things we can look further into, those quoted on the slides or the stories of people etc
