Matt is really knowledgable and makes the course interesting and relevant to our roles. Matt shares his own experiences and relates scenarios to real life situations. Matt takes care to ensure everyone is comfortable and confident.

Refresher included plenty of practice, moving from one hold to another plus examples of scenarios we might encounter. Option to refresh at any point was given to build confidence.

I really enjoyed the refresher course today. The content was great and the pace perfectly timed to be able to cover both theory and practice applications. Jonathan is a fantastic trainer, his extensive and expertise knowledge always shines through.
