Having to stay while others refreshed their level 3 skills when some of us only needed up to level 2 was really frustrating. Also very frustrating to know that this will Be the case for all my team members when they attend, effectively losing valuable clinical time.
Response: Thank you, Marty. We appreciate your feedback and acknowledge your comments regarding the session structure. The RRN Level 2 and Level 3 elements are recommended to be delivered separately, and the course timings are set in line with current RRN training standards. Your feedback will be taken forward for organisational review.

Trainer was very helpful and informative and made the session fun
Day is much longer than it needs to be, isn’t John’s fault though. Great laugh and explained everything well.
Found content ok, I didn’t feel instructions were clear and some elements were confusing.
