Having to stay while others refreshed their level 3 skills when some of us only needed up to level 2 was really frustrating. Also very frustrating to know that this will Be the case for all my team members when they attend, effectively losing valuable clinical time.Response : Thank you, Marty. We appreciate your feedback and acknowledge your comments regarding the session structure. The RRN Level 2 and Level 3 elements are recommended to be delivered separately, and the course timings are set in line with current RRN training standards. Your feedback will be taken forward for organisational review.

It was nice having a refresher course on my PBS again.The trainer used a more understanding approach and I have a better understanding on the definition of a behaviour,Arousal model,Gradient of control,DRABC=restraint,Intervention-Primary,secondary,tertiary non restrictive and restrictive.
