Kirstie facilitated a great refresher session. It was interactive and fun. It was great to hear some real life situations she has experienced. Would love to have her back for the next refresher session.

Really appreciated and enjoyed the refresher, having only utilised the skills very rarely since initially doing the training I wasn’t sure if I’d remember anything but I’d remembered so much more than I thought!

It was great to have a refresher course. The trainer was great and engaging. The course itself was well balanced in terms of how much theory and practice we had. Overall, I would say it was a great training.

Liam was interactive, gave practical examples. Reminded us that restraint is the last resort and that there so many stages in the arousal model were we can de escalate and take the young person back to baseline
