It was great learning this great course. I was able to learn the primary intervention response, trauma informed care. These are to let me me know how service users can be triggered and how I can use primary interventions to act first. I also learnt about restraints and break away techniques and applying the law that governs it. I also learnt about restrictive and non restrictive strategies.

Course material was interesting, however hold most often used in our Clinical area, for cannulas, only done as an adaptive technique. Glad to have reminder of day 2Response : Hi Adam. We are glad you found the course interesting and thank you for taking the time to leave your constructive feedback. We will ensure that your comments are passed on to reflect for future courses.
