Really informative and went into depth about behaviour strategies that we already implement, which will help us improve current practices. The handbook was great too and will help in the future. It’s been really engaging, suited to all the different roles we had in the room. I think the main thing I’ll take from it is understanding different people’s baseline snd how this impacts how quickly their behaviour may change. It’s given me more context for why this might be .
