Fire training - this face to face training is what is covered in the online training. You do not practice anything in person at this training. Manual handling did not cater for people moving patients in bed. Or rolling them, sliding them up the bed. Etc. One thing that was very good in Thai training was the covering of dignity and respect while carrying out a patients care. Well done for that.

Sadly was looking forward to this course but unfortunately it did not deliver in many ways. * The course started late due to issues with a tutor not replying to Mrs Butler request to contact her? * Candidates logged in late and we had to wait for them ( must add that you did state on your booking receipt if you are late to register you would miss the course). * Very disorganised lesson planning discussion more between Mrs Butler and Lola catching up on Lola’s holiday in Ibiza. * Poor connection with Zoom high pitch screeching noise, loss of candidates connection noted. * Josh was brought to the lesson ( substitute for original person booked but did not show up) very short time was rushed to true/ false questions. * No clear learning formate taught learnt more from part 1 certificate which was free on line. Aware from working with Autistic patients time, consideration is key but did not really learn anything new. Never like giving negative feedback along with my other two colleagues who also attended today agreed for such an expensive courses like the Oliver McGowan courses would like to learn more than demonstrated today. Hopefully will learn more on the one day course we have booked to complete this learning criteria.

Some of the questions are beyond vague and unhelpful with 4 possible and reasonable answers but only asked to provide three - so not sure which one they think is wrong!
