Fantastic

Lack of knowledge for some parts of the training, did not know what to answer for some of our questions. In need of extra support and trainings before he will keep classes. First time in 8 years when I felt that it was a waisting coming here, probably I will change the company next year.

The course was good me and the facilitator was excellent

It was disappointing that booklets were not provided from the onset. It would have made my revision better. Why bother with the QR code at the end of training? Why pay for materials only did you to be told to download and print at my cost? I don’t think I’ll book my next session with you. Quite disappointed.

Everything about the training of that day was good but I wouldn’t recommend anyone because ever since that day I have been following up my certificate in vain. I paid myself and I don’t seem to get any help about it.

Training and the trainee was excellent

The first handout we were given did not correspond to the presentation which was quite confusing. More discussion and activities around key components would have made the day more engaging. A lot to digest without much context or application to our jobs.

The course was well understanding

Trainer was very good, she explained everything very demonstrating every time.
