Trainer very rude and abrupt. Poor welcome and manners. Very disrespectful to many of us. Very poor trainer in terms of people skills.
Trainer is rude and abrupt. Not a people person. He is arrogant, not friendly not dressed well, so very casual as if going to a corner shop. He shouldn't be a trainer. The venue should provide more hot water when the one in the flast finishes. The trainer prefers the people he wishes to call by their name and it was only one person that looked and speaks like him that he calls by his name when the person wants to answer questions and you know what that means. Not a nice day and experience!

Learning materials was good and information well absorbed because questions were clearly explained.
I have done many Mandatory Training days with you. This was the least enjoyable. The trainer only has army experience. He read the slides verbatim. I did not learn anything g
