The course tutor was very detailed

No natural light in venue Hoist slings weren’t checked so couldn’t use People coming in afternoon a bit disruptive

Good trainer

The trainer had massive tech issues so we ended up starting and finishing 45 minutes late. This meant that the 1st session ran into the second session so we had no breaks for lunch or to go to the loo. I have concerns as lots of people turned their cameras off so probably weren't listening and engaged and are now trained medication administrators. I was disappointed that the teaching element with the calculations was now lost as the test is online.

I found the information good. I struggled with the flow and distractions of the trainers. I They were knowledgeable and I respect their effort and difficulties. However I personally found the day difficult. I feel there should be facility for anonymous feedback.

The course was great. Our trainer was very good and demonstrated all practical skills.

Will come back every year and also recommend the course to friends
