Venue was in a basement with no windows, and very stuffy.

Excellent facilitator.

Better refreshments would have been better, the place is like a maze.

Trainer was excellent well Explained and videos were all good the practical CRP was very good. My opinion tea needs to be refilled if its all day. Breaks were excellent.
