Only downside was the venue being in the basement.

Wendy is a Brilliant trainer

I've been an agency worker for almost 20 years and therefore have to attend annually . I don't particularly enjoy this day but this was probably the most focused I've been kept through Ian's methods of delivery and putting people at ease to interact. Generally, the trainer can dodge their input by putting the class into groups at certain times, but Ian kept the group alert and interested both with his content and the overall delivery. I'd say the best trainer I've had in 20 years. Only bad point is he us a Derby County fan, but you can't have it all.
