Very engaging and interactive course

Well presented and interactive

The day itself was a great combination of topics that covered a lot of what we do in health and social care, however, I have literally just completed elearning courses on the same topics. I did appreciate the CPR though, as new guidelines have come in since I last updated

I WAS OKAY WITH THE TEACHINGS, AND THE TRAINER WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THE ENVIRONMENT HELPED ME TO LEARN A LOT.

The trainer lack humour that can make such a compressed training lively. The manner at which he handled trainees concerns were insensitive with lack of empathy.

It was an awesome presentation.

Lack of refreshments and missing tables

Trainer very knowledgeable but alittle abrupt at times during practical resuscitation

Nice training, and the trainer is good, she answered every question and she gives ears to each and everyone.
