I DO NOT LIKE THE IDEA OF FEED BACK AT THE END OF ECH TEST, ITS TIME CONSUMING

Really enjoyed the interactive part of the course....far better than death by powerpoint

It was a very insightful training and I felt like I learned a lot during the presentation especially having guests come in to give their true life examples. One thing I would say I completely appreciate the training is based upon doctors negligence however I did feel there was a lot of negativity centred on doctors as a whole.

It’s was a wonderful session I learned a lot more about how I can work with my clients am supporting

Just frustrating when people turn up at 12noon. And phones going off. Really enjoyed the discussion rather than just PowerPoint constantly. He is a very good trainer
