Practical parts was so interesting

The instructor was very interactive and tailored the sessions so that the practical equipment used on a daily basis was used

An excellent trainer, he communicated the material clearly and kept the session engaging.

Didn’t cover some topics such as self defence which was covered for our colleagues, and we also had non medical staff for resus who could have benefitted for more information on how to complete resuscitation

Natalie and Sharon both know well what they are doing. The only improvement I would recommend is to add more videos or make slides more interesting than to only make them descriptive.

Sharon’s demonstrations were excellent and she kept the group engaged and interested.
