The course was very focused on what really matters, practical, with good examples and fundamentals. Edel was brilliant, keeping the course interesting and interacting with everyone in the room.

A thorough overview of HACCP that was detailed and well presented. Engagement was encouraged and no one was ignored or left out. Everyone seemed happy that the material presented was understandable and could see how it related to their industry/business. The overall takeaway was very positive.

I was a little worried when I read the assignment paper but now I am looking forward to starting my assignment.
