Denis was a great tutor and encouraged everyone to be involved. I enjoyed the conversations between other delegates. The content was new and i definitely took away new knowledge that i will enforce in my site. It was more interesting than expected and put a new spin on food safety culture for me.

Excellent tutor with vast knowledge who told a story in his presentation style and tied all chapters together by the end of the course.
