Tony was really knowledgeable and very helpful a good teacher
The course content was very good and Emma, our trainer was amazing. She is a brilliant trainer, knowledgeable and informative, delivering the course in a very engaging manner and is a real asset to your team.
Tony really felt me feel at ease throughout the whole course which in turn helped me retain more information overall. He made me feel more confident to be able to put into action first aid. His life experiences that he talked about put situations into context.
The course was fine. The venue however ,not so good. It is to far of the beaten track no shops or vending machines for food. If you travel on public transport the nearest station is 2.6miles away and the local bus route falls short of the venue by about 3/4 of a mile. none of which ti communicated to you in the information supplied.
Excellent well paced course. Enjoyed all the practical tasks that were taught.
Emma was excellent, made us all feel great. She was a great teacher and made learning how to be a first aider a lot more fun and informative than I’ve had before

First Aid was always something if i'm honest i was afraid of and i walked into the course petrified. Mandie made the learning fun, with her work history, life history and background, the course just flowed and you were learning without actually realising you were learning. I would highly recommend it to anyone who was thinking about getting the qualification...go for it!
Course was run smoothly and Andrew was great in delivering information kept learners engaged and delivered great practical sessions where we could get involved loved the games we did to keep ourself engaged and felt that I know more now doing it that way then listening to PowerPoint.
