The course content was informative and well presented by the trainer, with real life examples of situations given. The location was not great, room was small and dark, and access control on the floor of the hotel. The location overall was not easily accessible, and looked very run down. No amenities nearby, and the parking at the hotel was not clear. Signs informed you to pay on arrival, then once inside the hotel it said it was free if you then input your registration as you were attending the course.
Simon did a great job of describing and showing us practical demonstrations of what was expected of me , and the real life experiences he had dealt with were good to listen to. I had a good two day course .

Excellent refresher course, I enjoyed it and the trainer is very knowledgeable.
Lucy was a great trainer, she engaged the group, was very clear in her instruction and demonstration of the techniques required and provided clear feedback the whole way through the day, would highly recommend both green cross and Lucy!
