Fould the course travelled at a comfortable pace and the trainer was always prepared to go back over things and had a way of getting everyone involved and making you feel comfortable and at ease and didn’t put or make you feel any pressure and brought the whole group together where you were helping each other and became part of one group and I made some good friends and even learned about other parts of Tesco and there job role really enjoyed it
Dawn Barratt was literally the best first aid trainer I've ever had, I have been telling everyone about how amazing she was, she was calm, patient, empathetic and understanding, she went at a pace we were all comfortable with and she made sure we understood each section clearly before we continued, she made the course as 'fun' and interactive as she could to keep us all focused and paying attention.
The course trainer was great.i struggle being in and around groups of people I don't know the trainer took me to one side and asked if I was ok,and if I would like to do the tasks on my own rather than in front of the rest of the group I decline the offer an continued with the rest of the group but the trainer did keep checking with me that I was ok this made me feel more at ease knowing he understood
Very informative, enjoyable. Johnathan was extremely helpful. I felt very reassured re-learning, having done my last first aid course nearly 10 years ago.
