I thoroughly enjoyed the course and thought Jimmy was friendly and easy to speak to. I would have liked to have spent a little more time on each subject probably due to my age and requiring a bit more time to take it all in!! Having said that I took notes and can now read over them at home and certainly feel a lot more confident to offer help in an emergency.
