Hazel is amazing really helpful and kind really enjoyed the course

Hazel was an expert She knows the content brilliantly. Some of the slides were poor, Imagery not representative of the content being delivered, however hazel was able to explain or show additional images to compliment the course content better.

Day 1 and 2 not much learnd but day 3 was very good

As a basic first aid course it was all that I could have asked for, it was educational, engaging and enjoyable.

The trainer Darren is very engaging and keep it fun. It wasn’t boring at all.
