It was really informative and Frans presented in a way which was really easy to listen, retain information and engage with. I learned so many things I can use within my professional setting and feel confident in doing so. I also learned about changes to some procedures/names that I wasn’t aware of.
Enjoyed todays course it refreshed my previous training and will make me more confident in a first aid situation.
Course is very informative and providing all basic information.
