Very informative and the instructor had everyone engaging well and participating.
The course was very useful despite some technical difficulties at the beginning that couldn’t be helped. Darren was very informative and used different learning techniques to help all types of people who learn differently. He was very informative and had a lot of time to answer any questions. You could really tell he was passionate about teaching others the importance and techniques of first aid.
Frans was completed confident and made first aid training knowledge and also fun
