Excellently ran by Sandra but I still believe a course of this nature would be better ran in a in person work shop/course

Really good and very enjoyable

The course was very informative with a great trainer who allowed us plenty of practise and plenty of time to ask questions to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything we were taught.

Great course, learned a lot and feel confident moving forward. Only feedback would be the communication from Green Cross to myself as I was put on a longer course than everyone else and had to do a pre-course module but was not communicated to me.

Best first aid course that I have attended. Made to feel comfortable, which especially helped during the practical exercises. Very interesting course.

Andrew was FAB ! He made an often very long day, informative and entertaining

Tony was a good teacher on the course,found him helpful a d was great at explaining and going into detail when questions were asked

Haven't done a manual handling course for year's and as I'm a new employee it was good to do a refresher course

Really enjoyed the day

The tutor was very informative and patient. He was thorough and I was amazed at how so much has changed with regards to managing emergencies and handling certain situations. I'm glad that I attended and have learnt the changes that first aid management has initiated to protect people.
