The tutor was very informative and patient. He was thorough and I was amazed at how so much has changed with regards to managing emergencies and handling certain situations. I'm glad that I attended and have learnt the changes that first aid management has initiated to protect people.
Thought it was really good. I wasn’t too keen going into it, just thought something I have to do for work so let’s get it over and done with. But was very satisfied with the course itself and lots of information. The two instructors were great at making it entertaining and educating at the same time.
The instructor was great well taught to class and very friendly .
Kaz was an excellent trainer. She had lots of real life examples which made it all more relatable.
I have been on a lot off first aid courses, and they are all the same , but I found this one different and very interesting and helpful. The trainers knowledge was very good and I learnt different things and different techniques Overall a very good first aid course
