I think as it was a refresh it could have been completed in a shorter time.
I thought the trainer was very unprofessional with constant swearing throughout the session also I felt the trainer was rude and spent 15 minutes on the phone to his friends during the session whilst we had to just sit there whilst he took private call for 15 minutes. He made me feel very uncomfortable through out the session. I was not impressed with the trainer and the way he conducted himself. I did not expect for him to be swearing all the way through and be so rude. At one point he actually was offensive to some people in the room.
Excellent course really enjoyed the day ,trainer Danny Phillips was very helpful and coach and Gide us fluently thanks.
The training course was extremely informative and the trainer was very engaging and made the content relatable and easy to understand. It was an excellent course with relevant information.
Course great, only thing is I have nothing to show that I did it. Have tried but had no success. Corinne Bromley
