Ross was a great trainer, very knowledgeable and engaging. He gave us lots to think about and how we can help our fellow work mates should they come to us or show signs that there mental health is being affected. I like that he invited us to give our opinions but didn't force us to join in if we didn't want to.

Training room needs to be more comfortable

The course tutor, Dave Frankton was very personable, knowledgeable, and a good communicator.

Set tone perfectly for the audience. Trainer had some IT issues but didn't stop us progressing.

Good Course,

A well paced and informative session that has helped get me up to speed as a Fire Marshal. Some powerful imagery combined with a wealth of knowledge and information. I would've appreciated some potential examples of Emergency Exit Plans and some examples of what a site specific plan could potentially look like, but overall there was more than enough to make me feel well informed and able to do my part when it comes to Fire Safety.

Good course but would have liked clearer explanations of gushing and spurting!
