clear concise and very informative

I didn't receive the email to say that the venue had changed to another hotel and sat for 30 minutes in the wrong venue! Was then late for the start of the course. The venue chosen was poor, the Leonardo was run down, comms didn't work properly and the room was ok, but not very friendly - 2 days in a room with no windows isn't great. The trainer was a nice guy, he was honest but one of my biggest gripes is when a course is taught from powerpoint and the words we are reading is what the trainer is reading. Basically there was far too much reading off the screen - I wanted to know more, it was discussed between other attendees as well. Too much of his life story and his stories, rather than the attendees stories - he was keen to cut in and share his life. At one point he discussed his previous earnings and while using it as an example it wasn't appropriate, especially given there were people attending the course who were earning little. I thought the content was perfect for me, it gave me as a new comer to the subject a lot of insight and so no complaints there.

I have been provided feedback by the delegates that attended and they have praised both the course and the trainer. The trainer was clear, professional and easy to understand, He presented things in a clear manner and checked understanding before moving on. The pace of the day was ideal and everyone felt they had plenty of time to follow the trainer.

We asked for this open session training to give additional training to our none first aiders. It went really well with really positive feedback. Thank you

Ryan was very helpful and delivered the course in an informative yet enjoyable way. The group was made to feel extremely comfortable and encouraged to ask questions if ever unsure about something. Ryan was able to provide educated answers to all of our queries, providing a lot of clarification.

Ron was a very good trainer , really took his time to break down the training modules to simplify and understand as easy as possible. Always felt at ease throughout the training continually asked if we understood or needed any further help.

I was firstly very unhappy about the late change of venue. This was a 30 minute drive to the other side of the city from the original venue. The venue that it was changed to was not adequate for the course material. We needed much more space than what was available to us. The course material was like watching hours of textbooks that have been put on power points. Not engaging. Nothing about them made me learn better or even pick up info at all. The course provider tried hard to account for this but it made the days very dull. The course instructor was informative however time schedule was not kept to and a bit sporadic. This could also have been sue to the material for learning provided by green cross as it DID NOT flow. Unless your a robot.
