all trainees felt that they had a good training experience giving them a confident approach to first aid in store

General feedback from the delegates was that it was the best 3 day first aid they had ever done. Instructor was very knowledgeable and most people came away with confidence that they would no what to do when a situation arises without worry.

Leslie was very professional and with his own personal experiences was able to make the course more interesting and engaging. Very informative. He allowed time to practice and got everyone involved. He had some great practical scenarios that were included in the course. By far one of the best courses I have attended and would definitely recommend the course to others and the trainer Leslie. The session was well organised and informative using both practical and theory to get the information across. This was done with a bit of fun to keep everyone interested.

Good course

was a great course , the trainer was very good she explained everything in great detailed this was a refresher course but for me i leanred alot more this time than i did 3 years ago when i attended the course.

THE TRAINER RACHEL WAS REALLY GOOD . MY ONLY THING ABOUT IT WAS THE TEST AT THE END . IF ANYONE HAD FAILED & NOBODY FAILED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EMBARRASSING TO BE TOLD IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE/COLLEAGUES . ANYONE PASSED COULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY PASSED AND LET GO SO ANY FAILURES WERE IN PRIVATE . WE NEEDED TO GET 70 % RIGHT TO PASS THE COURSE . 70 % OF 23 IS 16.1 .. SO IF SOMEONE GOT 7 WRONG / ANSWERED 16 CORRECT THEY WOULD HAVE FAILED .. POINT ONE AWAY .

Very comprehensive and well delivered, making it relatable and easy to follow.

The difficult topics surrounding mental health were discussed and delivered very well, the expertise and knowledge of the trainer (Michael) were clear to see and helped hugely.

Good structured 2 days. Good info. Tim delivered the content with lots of useful examples and real stories. I would’ve expected a little more practical application. If you attend a first aid course then it’s expected to practice the techniques so I was expecting something similar.
