I have taken this course twice now (3 days course). This time round was a lot more enjoyable / memorable due to the course content change and the way it was trained(Thanks Antonia) As mentioned on the course , i personally would like to see / think people will benefit more on the videos showing real life situations like the Seizure and CPR video.

Easy to arrange. Good facilitator who was responsive to the group. Appropriately paced covering all essentials in a way that was easy to follow.

To ask more that 10 minutes before course starts if requires a larger room, and what materials if any we need to provide. To be more understanding that all learners are different.Response : Julie Thank you for your feedback. I am currently reviewing the joining instructions sent out to the stores prior as HSE minimum requirement is 4 m x 4m. I will also be picking up with the trainer regarding this feedback . Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention . Best regards Tim

The trainer moved the course along quickly and at times I felt it slightly rushed. I appreciate there was a lot to cover in the time available but a slightly slower pace would have been better

The course was taken by 6 of our colleagues and they have told me how interesting the course was and was enjoyed by all.

Some parts were delivered well but terminology wasn't really explained and there was not enough time spent on practical steps e.g. how to handle a conversation etc. After the incident I dint really feel particularly comfortable having to go individually say how we felt about things in front of everyone else, particularly when it was clear there was only one answer the trainer wanted to hear- that he had said nothing inappropriate.
