As I already am a First Aider, I felt overall that the 3 day course was not the best one for me. I was with some who may never have done first aid and so things had to move slower for them. That aside I still did learn and was reminded of some very key points.

A lot to go over in 3 days, but the trainer was very enthusiastic and very informative, so overall a good course to go on for basic first aid. The place was not very well sign posted though.

Carol made the subject matter accessible and with repetition and Q & As throughout ensured that the team really absorbed the information. it was a really useful day and left us with a clear understanding of both the legal and practical applications of Emergency first aid in the workplace.
