Simon and Joni worked well together and their personalities complimented each other on teaching a very real everyday complex subject. It truly has been a wonderful course and has provided me deeper insight and understanding of some difficult conditions, which during the current situation with the pandemic of COVID-19 are becoming more and more visible.

Great course. Really very well run with the right amount of learning and interaction. Really enjoyed it and feel empowered to be able to support people, and do so in the right way. Thank you very much. I would really recommend this to anyone.

Very informative course, engaging (virtually is always much harder than classroom based), clear and enjoyable even though tough topics. Simon and Joni explained things clearly and in a thought provoking way.

This is difficult - the course was great hence my first 5/5 score but the online format was not good! I don't think this course should be run on line - like the physical first aid training this really needs to be in person.

Great delivery of course, only comment is around the videos which seemed to echo - apart from that all good.
