Really liked how the course was organised, Danny was amazing, talked about his experiences too. We all had to go and practice on the mannequin or on other colleagues.

I received a word document certitifcate stuff already but its not much use to print off or use , I can alter the details on it , what use is that , I thought I woudl receive a proper certificate and details to use not just add to my linked in account , not any use to me whatsoever Im afraid , can you not send a proper certificate for retention ? I would appreciate a reply please ! Thank you
