course was good but system used seems like it needs improved. I use the same device for weekly teams call and training courses and always works fine but i struggled with audio/freezing etc

Overall easily digestible course material alongside a competent and literate trainer. Could be cut a little shorter but is easily understood by all audiences.

Scott was good and answered all questions.

Training was good and delivered well by david but there was an IT issue so made it difficult to do the training.

Overall the course was good but a lot of problems to get onto the course at the start

Really interesting and informative course for a basic level, and adapted well to take in the considerations of safety due to the pandemic. Instructor was excellent and very knowledgeable, and instruction was great.

Very good and informative

The course was great and covered everything I would have liked it to and Ross was extremely professional and friendly. I'd maybe have liked a little bit more participant interaction spread throughout it as I enjoyed that personally, but it was fab thanks.

Content was very basic I was hoping we would have received more coaching techniques.
