It is an interactive course and the trainer was well prepared and informed. Repeating all the practical aspects multiple times was helpful and I feel more confident I can do them if needed. The course as it is currently, does not fill 3 days. It can be either completed in 2 full days or more topics and /or in more detail can be covered.
We asked for this open session training to give additional training to our none first aiders. It went really well with really positive feedback. Thank you

Ryan was very helpful and delivered the course in an informative yet enjoyable way. The group was made to feel extremely comfortable and encouraged to ask questions if ever unsure about something. Ryan was able to provide educated answers to all of our queries, providing a lot of clarification.
Ron was a very good trainer , really took his time to break down the training modules to simplify and understand as easy as possible. Always felt at ease throughout the training continually asked if we understood or needed any further help.
