The trainer was really informative and able to demonstrate first aid in any given situation u might need, I had a better understanding of the role of a first aider.

This course was brilliant, clear and concise. The trainers delivery was spot on, there was a good mix of practical and theory.

The instructor was very knowledgeable in the subject and was able to answer question raised through out the course. The venue refreshments (coffee/tea) were luke warm and the mens toilet facilities near to the training room were out of action!
