The course was excellent, very informative and the instructor was very helpful and patient.
This First Aid in the Workplace course was the best I have ever done (and I've done a few!) The trainer (I think his name was Tony?) was great and made the course interesting and enjoyable. I shall certainly recommend this course to my associates in my local Reflexology Group. Thanks!

I found the booking of a date difficult but the people that I spoke to were always polite and helpful. On the day of the training, the trainer was sick and Sarah was called in as a last minute replacement. The feedback that I received from our attendees was great, and they thoroughly enjoyed the day. A big thank you to Sarah for stepping in last minute and for making the training so engaging.
I found issue with some of the questions as they were ambiguous.

Tony Davies your trainer was absolutely superb! He was knowledgeable, fun, professional and very very engaging- best trainer I’ve experienced. Sad that it was at Tesco as we were spoken to like children by management who thought we were Tesco staff and they felt it appropriate to “tell us off” for having a drink in the training room! Very inappropriate
Had great feedback from all of the colleagues on the first aid course they all really enjoyed it and said that Paul was great and they loved the stories he had to tell from his time as a paramedic. Thank you
Only issue was that some of the exam questions weren't included in the manual.
Great course to support raising awareness of Mental Health in society and the workplace. It provided great advice on identifying potential Mental Health sign and symptoms. It also gives you the confidence to ask questions and talk to individuals, without feeling you need to provide answers or solutions.
