The course was very good and useful for everyone who attended we learnt a lot and it is a life skill
Well delivered refresher course. Trainer presented well and held the interest throughout. Good knowledge of subject and was able to readily answer questions. I came away feeling I had learnt things even although this was a refresher event. Would feel more confident to tackle a real life situation if the need should arise
The course was delivered at a good pace. The trainer was very thorough about instructions on practical sessions.

Very happy with the course. All information was clear and easily understood.
Trainer was called Richard but not sure of his surname! Excellent feedback from the three colleagues who attended. Felt it was very worthwhile and they were all glad they went even though the two younger ones were not keen at first.
The course is very comprehensive and would benefit from an extra 1/2 day at least. There is a lot of information to be covered which leaves little room for practice. It was great to have a trainer who worked in the industry as she had a lot of relevant examples to share with the group supporting the theory.
Andrew was substituted for another trainer at the last minute, however, we would certainly choose him as our trainer on any future courses. The content of the course was excellent and he delivered the training in a professional manner.
