Fantastic course and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Both Ross and Simon were excellent. They were great at engaging the group, they were understanding and non-judgemental, and delivered the materials and content in a really tactful way. Have no negative feedback - it was brilliant!

The course was very useful, well organised and helpful. Simon is fantastic! I have learn so much and he's so funny and encouraging. I like the way he talks about mental health and the multiples ways and examples he uses to explain different situations and how can we help.
