David Frankton made the course extremely engaging and personable. He presented the material with ease and made it very interesting; allowing us to relate the effects of a fire into our own lives and give us straight forward information on how to proceed in the event of a fire. I also learnt so many new things and this is so important for our staff to have. Thank you SO much for such a brilliant session.

Very well presented course. Especially in the current world we live in. Trying to keep a group of people engaged with minimal practical engagement allowed. This was very impressive.
