Very good I in joyriding day

I think Darren did a great job in making the learning more practical and applicable to the type of work we do, and brought a lot of energy into his role play of situations as well. I think the only downside during the three days was that we maybe repeated doing CPR on the dummys a little too much and could have maybe spent a little more time on other subjects with the time saved

Was harder to stay focused without the practical work.

Kev was an excellent trainer, focusing exactly on what we needed to know and real life examples applicable to work in a retail store and based on each participants work environment!

The trainer was excellent, engaging and charismatic with practical experience that was useful to get across the importance of this as a life skill.

I thought Scott was an excellent trainer, presenting the information in a manner which was to the point, stuck in the mind and also illustrated the principles with good examples.

Trainer was very engaging and charismatic with us, even when our group wasn't exactly a chatty bunch, he did EXTREMELY well keeping up his own charismatic behaviour. Definitely deserves his kudos
